Jake Ryan
Research Manager
Jake is a Research Manager at KeyHires, where he plays a key role in supporting talent acquisition, business development, and technology initiatives. He leads candidate sourcing and market research efforts, identifying and engaging high-caliber talent across a variety of industries and functions. In addition, Jake partners with the business development team to deliver market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights that help clients make informed hiring decisions. He also contributes to the firm’s ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives, helping to enhance research capabilities, data management, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Jake graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Sales.
